About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of a new digital transformation project, focusing on the upgrade of our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. This requires strong organizational change management skills to engage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and drive user adoption.
Your Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan to minimize disruption and maximize benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with the AEM remediation project.
- Design and deliver targeted training programs to equip content authors, marketers, and technical teams with the necessary skills to leverage the improved AEM environment.
