  • Our team relies on relief support from skilled individuals like you to ensure seamless service delivery in the 240 Queen Street Hub and surrounding branches in Brisbane City & Inner North Area.
  • You will work with customers to educate them on our in-branch technology and digital banking options, empowering them to take control of their financial lives.
  • Your key responsibility will be to listen attentively to customers' needs, ensuring they receive personalized support and depart satisfied.
  • In this role, you will conduct comprehensive Financial Health Checks to identify opportunities for improvement and provide tailored solutions.
