The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned property professional to join our team as a General Manager at Essence Dickson Village Apartments.

In this position, you will be responsible for optimising net operating outcomes, enhancing resident experience, and guiding the property team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills, a high level of awareness of the principles of BTR, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

You will also drive all leasing outcomes to ensure occupancy is kept in line with budget and vacancy is minimised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership, guidance, and direction to the property team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, head office, operations teams, residents, and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Understand and deliver monthly reports and forecasts on property performance against budget.
  • Manage onsite operations, ensuring the property is compliant, safe, and presented to the highest standards.
