The role requires a high level of attention to detail, especially in formatting documents. You will work closely with agents to coordinate proofing and formatting of property reports, submissions, and other client documentation. Additionally, you will manage and update company databases, including listing information, client contacts, and property information.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with operators and research teams to ensure synergies across the business
  • Update CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date property information
  • Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as necessary
