About the Role:
  • This is a full-time permanent position with ASAP start dates available.
  • The successful candidate will be based in one of our various locations across regional NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

As an ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include:

  • Carefully assessing patients' needs and developing individualized plans of care.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and responding to changes in condition.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an ICU Nurse.
  • ALS certification.
  • Triage training.
  • Ventilation training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
