Full-Time Handyperson Position
Are you a skilled and versatile handyman seeking a challenging role in Western Australia? We are currently looking for a full-time handyperson to join our team at the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of tasks including gardening, landscaping, minor electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance duties.
- Communicate effectively with tradespersons, vendors, or contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Execute preventative maintenance activities as scheduled.
- Respond promptly to calls for assistance and provide updates on actions taken.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks and tools.
- Availability to work a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late finishes.
