Pyramid Global Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Telecom Core Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Telecom Core Network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Implementation: Design and implement Telecom Core Network solutions, including CS and IMS Core, to meet the needs of our clients.
- Integration and Configuration: Integrate and configure various Telecom Core Network nodes, including MSC, MRS/MGW, MTAS, CSCF, and others.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain Telecom Core Network infrastructure, including hardware expansion, configuration changes, and troubleshooting of MSC, MGW, STP, SBC, IMS, and other nodes.
- Protocol Expertise: Have in-depth knowledge of various protocols, including SIP, H.248, SS7, ISUP, BICC, SIGTRAN, INAP, CAP, TCAP, MAP, SCCP, and Diameter.
- Call Flow Understanding: Have a thorough understanding of call flow in CS Core, VOLTE/IMS, and GSM/IN.
- Prepaid Charging System: Have good knowledge and hands-on experience with prepaid charging systems, including SS7 stacks, INAP, CAMEL, and SIGTRAN.
- Linux and Virtualization: Have basic experience with Linux and related virtualization technologies, including VMWare, OpenStack, OpenShift, and KVM.
- Communication and Documentation: Be able to effectively communicate technical procedures to customers and identify impacts to project activities. Also, be able to professionally document method of procedures (MOPS) and low-level designs (LLD) that are technically accurate and aligned with high-level designs (HLD).
- Test and Acceptance: Be able to review, prepare, and execute test instructions that are aligned with the test object list (TOL), collect artifacts, and analyze results. Also, lead acceptance testing and coordinate directly with customer stakeholders involved in acceptance of the solution.
- Teamwork and Communication: Possess exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, analysts, and testing teams.
- Urgency and Adaptability: Have a sense of urgency and be capable of handling tense situations.
- Customer Orientation: Have a positive, communicative, and customer-oriented attitude.
