Job Title

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our Rehab at Home service on a casual basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides clinical services to client/patient groups and circumstances of a complex nature requiring advanced occupational therapy practice skills.
  • Responsible for completing appropriate administrative duties, including liaison with the administration team, reporting of statistical data, and completion of clinical documentation.
  • Patients' plans and outcomes are regularly monitored through attendance at and participation in clinical team meetings as required.
  • Active participation in the multidisciplinary team.
  • Referrals to external agencies are initiated in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the relevant Australian health practitioner regulatory agency.
  • Occupational Therapists with RITH, community care, and/or home visiting experience are encouraged to apply. Hospital experience is not necessary.
  • Current WA driver's license and Working with Children Check.
