Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Lifestyle Support Assistant to join our team. As a Lifestyle Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care services, including showering, dressing, and medication management
- Assist with domestic tasks, such as meal preparation and light household cleaning
- Offer social support and transportation services, including accompanying clients to medical appointments and community activities
- Assist with the use of aids and equipment, such as wheelchairs and hearing aids
- Monitor clients' overall wellbeing and report any changes or concerns to the care team
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Completed a Certificate III in Aged, Community, or Disability
- Current NDIS Worker Screening and Yellow Card
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion
