**Job Opportunity: Home Care Organiser**

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building and sustaining organising structures that contribute to achieving the objectives of the union.
  • They will create and work to implementing plans to ensure membership growth, leadership development, and industry power.
  • Assessment and support of delegates and members is also a key aspect of this role.

**Requirements:**

  • A valid driver's license;
  • Right of Entry Permits;
  • Immunisation against COVID-19 or have a medical exemption

  • Excellent communication, messaging, and relationship-building skills;
  • An ability to develop and motivate others;

**About the Role:**

This position can be based in Brisbane, Canberra, or Sydney. The successful applicant will join a powerful member-led union with a sole purpose to serve the collective interests of its members by winning significant and long-lasting gains.
