Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous Used Equipment & Rental Officer to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee signed sales contracts
  2. Generate invoices for transactions
  3. Facilitate customer transactions efficiently
  4. Review and analyze SAP reports
  5. Prepare and distribute purchase orders
  6. Conduct audits as required

Location: Perth Precinct

Work Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day

Qualifications:

  • Experience in inventory or stock management
  • Strong understanding of general ledger reconciliation and accounting systems
  • Proficient in MS Office and internet applications
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Strong customer service orientation with the capability to foster productive relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, adept at handling multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with the Rental and Used Equipment sectors is advantageous
  • Experience with SAP is preferred
