Our Narangba FacilityLocated 30 minutes north of Brisbane, our Narangba facility is an industry-leading used lubricating oil re-refining facility.
The facility recycles and processes over 25ML annually of used lubricating oil, reintroducing it back into circulation as a valuable resource.
The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Process Refining Director to lead our re-refining process at our Narangba facility.
This critical role involves providing technical oversight and guidance to our operational staff, ensuring seamless execution throughout the entire process.
You will be responsible for cultivating a culture of ownership and accountability among our operations and maintenance teams, fostering engagement and consultation to drive towards production goals while maintaining stringent safety standards.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership and guidance to our operational staff
- Ensure seamless execution of the re-refining process
- Cultivate a culture of ownership and accountability
- Foster engagement and consultation with operations and maintenance teams
- Tertiary qualification in engineering or chemistry
- Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 5 years engineering experience
- An understanding of P&L management and cost management
- Experience in and knowledge of operations in hazardous areas
- Experience participating in Process Hazard Analysis (HAZOP's, HAZID's, SAFOP's)
You will be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, with a strong understanding of process improvement and a proven track record of success.
