
Front Line Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to our regional service delivery teams.
The key role of the Service Delivery Coordinator is to provide front line customer service for clients who may be facing significant or complex challenges.
This involves collaborating with others, connecting with other regional offices, relevant government or community services to deliver the best service offer.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to analyse and evaluate customer needs and tailor services accordingly.
They will also have the ability to prioritise workload, multitask and work in a changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service and Front Reception
- Clinical Support
- File Management
- Process Outreach client allocations, referrals and other file management activities
- Provide support to the delivery of Group Programs
- Process invoices accurately and timely
- Process travel requests for the regional staff
- Assist in meeting National Office requests
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills
