Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager.

About the Job:

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will play a key role in supporting the Venue Manager and the team to achieve our purpose of 'creating pub experiences locals love'. With our extensive network of venues, this role unlocks unlimited career opportunities.

  • Motivate and inspire your team to deliver genuine and engaging guest experiences.
  • Champion coaching and mentoring initiatives, as well as day-to-day operations.
  • Proactively develop and implement local events and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build a responsible service culture centered around fun, passion, and authenticity.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Great leadership and operational experience with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contagious passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and inspiring your team.
  • Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements.
