About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in video production, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and execute video content strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, script, and storyboard video projects, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Capture high-quality video footage for various projects, ensuring visual excellence and adherence to project specifications and brand.

The successful candidate will have excellent storytelling skills, a keen eye for visual composition, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience working with a creative team and external vendors is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors, including directors, cinematographers, editors, and animators.
  • Oversee filming, directing on-set, and ensuring high-quality production values.
  • Supervise and be hands-on for post-production processes, including editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
  • Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and broadcast.
