The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and governance, developing and implementing strategies to manage quality and risk associated with clinical services, and overseeing the operation and financial management of two clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and governance, including the development and implementation of strategies to manage quality and risk associated with clinical services.
- Team Management: Line leadership and development of multidisciplinary nursing, midwifery, and care teams.
- Operational Oversight: Clinic operational and financial oversight of two disparately located clinics.
- Quality Management: Manage quality and risk associated with clinical services, including accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Communicate effectively and credibly within an indigenous community setting.
- Qualifications: AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and a commitment to complying with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Competencies, Code of Ethics, and Code of Conduct for Nurses in Australia.
- Experience: 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar setting.
- Certifications: Immunisation certificate appropriate to employment within a Queensland ACCHO setting and a current CPR certificate.
- License: Queensland Drivers Licence.
