Accounts Receivable/Payable Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our finance department in a Full-time role.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring accounts receivable aging, daily banking receipting, and creating weekly reporting on overdue accounts and client responses.
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to billing or payments.
- Processing invoices and supplier reconciliations.
- Collaborating with other departments to address client inquiries or concerns regarding invoices or payments.
This is a full-time role. The hours will be 6.30am - 3pm Monday to Friday.
