Our manufacturing team is seeking a skilled Mould Maker to join our production line.

Job Overview

The role of the Moulder is to produce high-quality moulds and cores using trade skills and experience. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our foundry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in all activities including safety initiatives, training, toolbox talks, pre-start inspections, risk assessments, and team meetings.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Report any hazards, incidents, or concerns to the leadership team.
  • Produce moulds and cores with the highest quality.
  • Execute tasks delegated to meet daily production targets and be flexible in moving to multiple areas of the Beforecast Area.
  • Operate equipment such as overhead cranes, forklift equipment (if licensed), sand mixers, process equipment, portable equipment, and a variety of hand tools.
  • Ensure work area and equipment are kept in good order.
Requirements
  • High Risk Work Licence (Class F NSW) - Desirable
  • Dogging Certificate - Desirable
  • At least 12 months experience within a manufacturing environment.
