Senior QA Engineer and Lead

We are looking for a seasoned senior test engineer/qa lead with extensive knowledge of manual and automated testing. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for driving quality assurance across backend, frontend, and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute qa strategy across squads to ensure consistent quality standards
  • Define scalable automation frameworks and integrate them into ci/cd pipelines
  • Execute manual/automated tests including regression, performance, and exploratory testing
  • Mentor junior testers and interns while improving qa maturity

Expertise in automation frameworks such as selenium, cypress, and playwright is required along with a keen interest in ai adoption. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern engineering practices including typescript, python, and ci/cd tools.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and ci/cd pipelines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
