Key Responsibilities- BUILD AND MAINTAIN TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS WITH OPERATIONAL LEADERS NATIONALLY TO DRIVE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AGREED SAFETY INITIATIVES AND STRATEGIES.
- PROVIDE EXPERT AND RELEVANT SAFETY ADVICE AND SUPPORT ON STRATEGIES TO EMBED SAFETY LEADERSHIP, INITIATIVES, CULTURE, AND IMPROVED STANDARDS IN THE WORKPLACE.
- MANAGE, COACH, AND DEVELOP A TEAM OF SAFETY SPECIALISTS TO EXECUTE THE ENTERPRISE SAFETY STRATEGY WITHIN THE REGION.
- LEAD INJURY REDUCTION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS WITHIN THE REGION, MONITORING AND REPORTING ON INCIDENT INVESTIGATIONS ENSURING A CONSISTENT APPROACH IS APPLIED ACROSS THE REGION.
