Civil Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Construction Engineer to join our team in Canberra. This role will involve providing technical solutions to ensure project success and delivering outputs that meet agreed goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake contract management duties, including risk assessments and cost estimates.
- Prepare project reports, site meeting records, and observations.
- Manage meetings, assign actions, and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent project performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance on various projects, including design.
- Undertake technical tender assessments and assist with planning, budgeting, and report writing.
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, with a focus on civil engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the engineering, construction, or professional services industry.
- Relevant knowledge of Australian standards and legislation.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with the team, managers, and clients.
- Committed to self-improvement and continuing professional development.
- Drive and passion to solve problems and produce innovative solutions.
