We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our engineering team, driving innovation and scalability in data solutions for Kubernetes and cloud environments.
Job DescriptionThe Scalable Data Leader will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of engineers, focusing on designing, developing, and delivering scalable data solutions. This includes overseeing the development of software products, hiring and coaching team members, setting expectations with other teams and stakeholders, and promoting modern software development practices.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in Python and Golang. You should also have a proven track record of running production systems at scale, preferably with Big Data or MySQL expertise. Additionally, you should possess excellent judgment about people, their motivations, abilities, developmental needs, and prospects for success.
