Therapist - Allied Health Professional

The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Therapist at Connect2Care, you will provide evidence-based services to clients through various service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. You will work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and provide interventions for clients with a range of disabilities
- Work within the NDIS to maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement
- Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications
- Timely documentation and report writing
- Manage a varied caseload
- Meet company professional expectations, including meeting billables and effective client management
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources
- Work across leading software platforms and online tools
