We are looking for a visionary leader to take charge of our store. If you have a passion for retail operations and want to develop a high-performing team, this role is perfect for you.

The Role

As a Store Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead the store through focused ability in coaching, motivating, and team goal setting. You will work closely with the Assistant Store Manager to deliver exceptional results in store performance, retail store operations, and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales results and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Motivating and driving the team to achieve outstanding metrics
  • Developing leadership skills and ability to drive team performance
  • Resolving customer concerns proactively and professionally
  • Driving customer loyalty through outstanding customer service
  • Ensuring stock is managed effectively to maximise store sales
  • Effectively rostering to the needs of the business and managing inventory process
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards
  • Conducting performance reviews and upskilling the team

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in managing a high volume environment
  • Experience in leading and developing a medium team in a premium retail environment (5 -10 Brand Ambassadors)
  • Proven track record of leadership and coaching of high-performing teams
  • Awareness of priority management within a store environment
  • Experience in onboarding, training and conducting performance reviews
