Peak Sales Assistant

We are seeking a Peak Sales Assistant to join our Hobart team during our busiest and most exciting time of year.

The Role

As a Peak Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our store - creating memorable interactions, connecting customers with the latest product, and contributing to a high-performing, high-energy team.

  1. Prioritize every customer and deliver standout service, every time.
  2. Engage with customers through a fun, approachable and confident sales style.
  3. Support in-store operations including processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers.
  4. Share your product knowledge to help customers style their look.
  5. Assist Department Managers and contribute to store-wide success.
  6. Follow daily operational procedures including store opening and closing.
  7. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  8. Contribute to a culture of accountability, positivity and continuous improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not essential).
  • A passion for fashion, culture and creating a next-level customer experience.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving store goals and KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and grow within a supportive environment.
