Production Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Production Team Member to join our operations team at Stratco's manufacturing and roll form facility.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working an 8-hour day shift (7:30am - 3:30pm) in Fyshwick, ACT.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacture goods to our customers' requirements
- Operate metal folding, roll form, and pressing machines and general sheet metal equipment
- Pick and pack products
- Interpret product drawings
- Participate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
- Demonstrate attention to detail and be quality assurance focused
- Adhere to our critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment
- Essential - Strong mechanical aptitude
- Desirable - At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers' needs
- Ability to interpret product drawings
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to producing quality products
- Basic computer skills
