Delivering Excellent Customer Service as a Roadhouse Team Member
About Our RoadhouseWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Wimpy's Roadhouse in Wodonga.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, handling transactions, and responding to queries
- Prepare and serve food, including short order cooking, ready-to-eat meals, and preparing sandwiches, wraps, rolls, and salads
- Operate the point of sale system, handle cash, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Cook and prepare meals according to recipes and menu guidelines
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Minimum 20 hours per week available for work
- Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and handling cash transactions
- Ongoing support from management and colleagues to ensure success in the role
