About the Role
Monash Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Paediatric Inpatient Unit (Ward 4A Canopy) at Monash Children's Hospital. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and outstanding outcomes for our young patients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Manage financial and human resources to optimize unit performance
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
About You
You have a strong background in paediatric nursing and leadership, with a passion for delivering exceptional care. You are a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are committed to mentoring and developing your team, and are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our young patients.
