Conductor Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the preparation, readiness, and safe operation of trains during dynamic and static testing phases.

This role is critical in ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards and supporting the successful execution of rolling stock validation activities.

The Conductor Supervisor will oversee the train readiness and availability for testing activities, manage risk controls, and coordinate onboard personnel and conduct safety briefings.

• Ensure train readiness and availability for testing activities
• Manage EHS management during dynamic tests on public infrastructure
• Coordinate onboard personnel and conduct safety briefings
• Support failure reporting, test documentation, and troubleshooting

• Experienced Test Technician or Engineer
• Strong understanding of Australian OHS and Rolling Stock safety laws
• On-field experience in testing or validation
• A-grade electrician certification
• Expertise in troubleshooting, instrumentation, and data acquisition
• Knowledge in specific testing domains (EMC, Brake, Traction, Train Control)
