About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced APAC Senior Learning Coordinator to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our Global Learning & Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our strategic plan by deploying and delivering engaging and high-quality strategic learning programs across the APAC region, with a primary focus on Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive learning programs that meet the needs of our colleagues and support the achievement of our business objectives.
  • Learning Deployment and Management: Collaborate with our Learning Deployment Team to successfully implement our Learning & Development strategy, including deploying training calendars, managing course set-up, and tracking program costs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with curriculum leads, managers, facilitators, and leaders to ensure the successful delivery of learning programs and initiatives.
  • Facilitation and Training: Facilitate and host learning programs, prepare facilitators and business leaders to deliver content, and deploy learning programs (virtual, in-person, or hybrid sessions).
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the continuous deployment process improvement within the team and support other Learning Deployment Team members across APAC by sharing knowledge and providing training when required.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a learning and development role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality learning programs.
  • Strong Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver initiatives within a short timescale.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and measurement tools is highly desirable.
