**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Operator to join our team at Echo Entertainment Group. As a Surveillance Operator, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring the safety of our team members and patrons.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and report on critical incidents across our properties
- Monitor alarm systems and coordinate an appropriate response via communications systems to relevant operational departments and emergency services
- Investigate and report on activities that potentially pose a threat to the integrity of our operations and statutory obligations
- Review CCTV footage to resolve gaming inquiries and disputes from internal and external customers
- Video record and document potential misconduct claims against staff and patrons
**Requirements**
- Ability to work weekends and nights on a 24/7 rotating roster
- Reliable work ethic in a dynamic team environment
- Capacity to prioritize daily workload to ensure efficient and effective performance
- Current QLD Security Industry Registry Licence
- Successful completion of an approved Trainee Surveillance Operators Course
