Requirements

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a minimum 3 years' experience in a senior role are essential.

  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for creating enriching learning environments and supporting children's development.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of early childhood education principles.
