Job Description

As a gaming attendant, you will create an unforgettable experience for our patrons by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the gaming floor is well-maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing prompt and helpful advice on machines or loyalty systems to members and visitors
  • Taking food/drink orders and communicating effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Delivering efficient customer service, handling cash and gaming transactions securely, and maintaining a tidy environment
  • Providing quick and focused beverage service to members and visitors, while also adapting to changing situations and priorities

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience in hospitality or serving customers, with a strong ability to develop lasting relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as adaptability and willingness to work varied shifts
  • Effective organisation and time management abilities, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Immaculate personal presentation and service, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential requirements for this role include:

  • Previous experience in a gaming or hospitality environment (min. 2 years)
  • Certificate of Responsible Alcohol Service (can acquire after employment)
  • Gaming Responsible Service (can acquire after employment)
  • Compliance with Queensland Health's current vaccine mandate
