About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Liquor Sales Associate to join our team at Liquorland. As a Liquor Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including local and imported brands, to effectively engage with customers and make recommendations
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment and adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

About You:

  • You have a passion for the liquor industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • You are knowledgeable about local and imported brands and can effectively communicate this knowledge to customers
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • You are available to work a variety of shifts, including weeknights and weekends
  • You hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
