About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Design Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales budgets and retail KPIs by following up on generated leads and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in our showroom to understand client needs and preferences
  • Deliver comprehensive product knowledge and training to ensure successful sales outcomes
  • Collaborate with clients to design and deliver bespoke kitchen solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion
