We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our team at Abano Healthcare Group Limited. As a Payroll Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll transactions in accordance with Australian employment and payroll legislation
• Manage complex payroll platforms, including Dayforce HCM and Aurion
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
• Collaborate with the finance and People & Culture teams to drive payroll-related initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of payroll experience
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment and payroll legislation
• Experience with complex payroll platforms highly regarded
• High level of attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work well as part of a large team and manage own workload
