Cafe Barista

A skilled barista or cafe all-rounder is needed to join our team at Vacation Coffee Exhibition St.

This is a fun and fast-paced environment where you'll work with top-notch equipment to deliver outstanding customer service. As a barista, your main duty is to craft excellent coffee while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Your love for great coffee and service will be key to success in this role.

In addition to serving exceptional specialty coffee, you'll contribute to different areas of cafe operations, adapting to various tasks as required and helping maintain a smooth operation. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, providing quality beverages and food products, and fulfilling all-rounder duties such as taking orders and utility tasks.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in coffee making (preferably)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work hard, hustle, and have a lot of energy
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Experience in a similar fast-paced environment
  • A strong team player with a positive culture
  • Willingness to learn
  • Experience in food handling
  • Demonstrate initiative and interest in various parts of the cafe
