Main Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for learning how to cut and prepare various Japanese ingredients, including fillets, chicken breast, teriyaki chicken, katsu, and karage.
  • You will assist in setting up bento boxes and lunch boxes, as well as maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.
  • You will work closely with experienced chefs to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and presented attractively.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently.
