About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transmission Lines Lead to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Energy team, you will be responsible for leading Transmission Line projects with major clients throughout Queensland, building new and existing client networks, and mentoring and developing the Transmission Lines team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead key Transmission Line projects with major clients throughout Queensland, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and client engagement.
  • Mentor, develop, and support the Transmission Lines team, providing guidance and expertise to ensure project success.
  • Review and deliver concept and detailed design of Transmission Lines using PLS-CADD software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in client engagement and project leadership in transmission lines, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of transmission line design up to 330kV and higher voltage levels, with expertise in PLS-CADD software.
  • Self-motivated and a team player with the ability to mentor and support juniors, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • A subject matter expert in Transmission Line Projects, with experience across Australia, New Zealand, and/or globally.
