Seasonal Retail Associate Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Retail Associates during the peak trading period.

About The Role:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer, every time.
  • Assisting shoppers in finding the perfect products for gifts, decorations, and celebrations.
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and adaptable during huge trading events like Click Frenzy, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.
  • Contributing to sales and supporting the team to achieve seasonal targets.
  • Performing various tasks across registers, replenishment, and customer queries.

About You:

  • You thrive in a busy retail environment and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Retail or customer service experience is beneficial, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and extended trading hours during peak periods is required.
  • Quick learning and adaptability are key qualities for this role.
