As a key member of our residential care team, the ICM House Leader will play a vital role in delivering support services to young people and their families. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the ICM house, including developing and coordinating daily routines to meet the needs of residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration of the ICM house, ensuring all aspects of resident care are delivered to a high standard.
  • Develop and coordinate daily routines that cater to the diverse needs of young people residing in the home.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external service providers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, families, and staff members. They will also have a strong understanding of youth development principles and practices.

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
