We are looking for individuals who can provide genuine customer experiences, work productively in a fast-paced retail environment, and demonstrate good attention to detail. If you are results-oriented, love selling, and can work across our store roster, including weekends and extended trading hours, we encourage you to apply.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Offering professional and personalized service to customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires
  • Completing in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a sound understanding of our policies and procedures
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
