Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team in a Residential Aged Care Facility. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised treatments, assessments and interventions to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of rehabilitation, reconditioning and falls prevention programs

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Physiotherapist in a Residential Aged Care setting
