Senior Physiotherapist

Brightwater Care Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our rehabilitation team. As a senior therapist, you will provide expertise and recommendations relating to physiotherapy interventions in response to the service requirements of our facilities.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to actively promote choice, control, and quality of life for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to providing safe and high-quality care, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Provide physiotherapy services to clients with complex health issues
• Supervise and coordinate other physiotherapists or a therapy team to ensure a quality allied health service
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care in consultation with a multidisciplinary team
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives

• Registered as a physiotherapist with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Extensive experience providing physiotherapy services and providing clinical leadership
• Proven ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of continuous quality improvement
