Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diverse fabrication and assembly projects, including lathe and mill work, cutting, drilling, and welding.
  • Commission and install roll forming and other sheet metal equipment.
  • Fabricate and assemble proprietary manufacturing equipment.
  • Assist with R&D activities and adhere to Stratco's safety and associated policies and procedures.
About You

We're looking for an individual with a passion for their profession, demonstrating:

  • A formal trade qualification in Fitting & Turning or Toolmaking.
  • Experience in a toolroom environment.
  • A commitment to producing quality products.
  • Manual machining and fitting experience.
  • Attention to detail and ability to creatively solve problems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work to high tolerances.
  • Experience welding different types.
