Job Title: Supportive Transport Partner 

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to support our clients in maintaining their independence by providing safe and timely transportation services. This role involves driving clients to their appointments, social outings, and daily activities, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to live fulfilling lives.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport clients safely and punctually to their destinations
  • Provide companionship and social support during transport and activities
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transport details
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

 

Requirements:
  • Current Australian Driver's License
  • Ownership of a reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Empathy and a passion for supporting older Australians
