Job Opportunity: Café Team Member

About the Job

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our café team in Young. As an all-rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and simple food items (e.g., breakfasts, burgers, sandwiches).
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle orders efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to health and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or take-away environment.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
  • Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
