Job Title: Mobility Support Worker

The role of a Mobility Support Worker is to assist individuals with limited mobility in their daily personal care routines and community transport.

This position requires a reliable and compassionate individual who can provide full physical assistance for transfers and mobility support. The successful candidate will have experience in personal care, mobility assistance, and manual handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with morning and evening routines, including showering, dressing, and preparing meals.
  • Provide physical assistance with bed, chair, and vehicle transfers.
  • Drive clients to local appointments and ensure safe and comfortable wheelchair transport.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Comfortable working with clients with limited speech and mobility.
