Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service delivery across different areas of the store, inspiring and coaching your team to assist customers achieve their goals.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, leading a team of dedicated professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring coverage across our span of hours, working a rotating roster, and being required to work 1 in every 3 weekends.

Your Responsibilities:

Coordinate service delivery across different areas of the storeInspire and coach your team to assist customers achieve their goalsWork collaboratively with the rest of the store leadership team to achieve shared purposes and team KPIsEnsure coverage across our span of hours

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will bring with you:

  • Previous experience in a retail management role where you have led a team
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Flexible availability across our span of hours
  • Previous experience working to KPIs and budgets
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated people leadership and safety management
