Housekeeping Room Attendant Job Summary\

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Hotel Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in hotel rooms and public areas.

About the Role:\

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in hotel rooms, including tidying up after guests and restocking amenities.\
  • Clean public areas such as hotel lobby, lift, stairways, public toilets, etc.\
  • Servicing and cleaning allocated guest rooms according to specific instructions and OH&S standards.\
  • Handle all amenities, chemicals, and equipment safely and efficiently.\
  • Participate in special cleaning projects as directed by management.\

Requirements:\

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.\
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster with early morning or evening shifts.\
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures.\
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a 3-to-5-star establishment.\

This is a physically demanding role that requires an energetic and enthusiastic person who is ready and willing to work as part of a team.
